1. Running The Show

3. Own The Mirror

The mirror has never once shown you your body. It shows you the picture, which is why the flinch comes before you've even really looked. Ten mirror exercises walk you from thirty seconds of neutral ground all the way to standing there with the lights on. You don't have to love what you see yet. You have to own it, and by the end you do.

4. Turn The Critic Into The Coach

You talk to yourself more than anyone on earth ever will, and right now most of that talk is tearing you down. This is where you fire the critic and hire a coach. Better questions, full sentences for your wins, and a voice that hypes you through doors instead of talking you out of them.

5. Break The Spiral

You know the drop. One bad thought at eleven turns into forty by midnight, and a quiet night becomes a full case against you. This hands you the circuit breaker. Catch the spiral early, cut its fuel, get back in your body, and stop the old picture using the wreckage as evidence. Spirals still come. They just don't get to keep you.

6. Reshoot The Scene

Your imagination is the machine that built this whole picture in the first place, and memory isn't a recording. Your mind rebuilds it every time you replay it. This puts you in the director's chair. You run scenes so vivid your mind files them as lived, then go back into the moments that wrote you and give them new endings.

7. Write The New Script

The old you was written by accident. Other people's lines, absorbed and performed for years. This is where the new one gets written on purpose. One page, by hand, in your own words, from the end, specific enough to actually live. The reason you kept defaulting to the old you was never weakness. The new you was just never written down.

8. Rehearse Until It's Boring

Nobody transforms in a lightning bolt.
